PARTNERSHIPS

Bridge Street has ongoing partnerships with many entities,
such as local precincts of the New York Police Department (NYPD), local Community Boards,
elected officials at the city, state and federal levels, and multiple community-based organizations and houses of worship.

Through our comprehensive approach to community development Bridge Street has accomplished tremendous and impactful work that has resulted in tangible improvements in the lives of thousands of Black, Latino and immigrant residents of Central Brooklyn.
Our programmatic impact has been especially notable in expanding pathways for economic opportunity for neighborhood residents and businesses, serving as a catalyst for economic revitalization and growth by forming or strengthening merchant associations; providing technical assistance to small BIPOC/MWBE businesses; promoting local employment through workforce development initiatives and youth internship programs; and, providing financial literacy and empowerment workshops to our youth, seniors and business owners.
