Paul A. Kress, VP of Real Estate and Social Impact Projects, joined Bridge Street Development in 2022 with over 26 years of affordable real estate development experience, having served as VP of Real Estate with Volunteers of America-Greater New York and as a National Director of Affordable Housing Development for the national organization of Volunteers of America. Throughout his career in affordable housing development, Paul completed over one million square feet of affordable housing products consisting of more than 3,000 units of affordable and supportive housing units in 14 States and Puerto Rico. Paul is also an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church (USA), and he has served congregations in Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, and New York City and as an at-large minister with Volunteers of America.
