Director of Operations

Kesha Harmon, Director of Operations, joined Bridge Street in 2021 as Grants and Compliance Administrator, prior to being named Director of Operations in November 2022. With responsibility for Administration, Technology and Human Resources, Kesha coordinates the development, administrative management and coordination of operating support systems at Bridge Street. Kesha oversees the day-to-day operations of all Bridge Street offices, ensuring that they run efficiently and that all team members have what they need to succeed. Kesha also coordinates communication and information flow among and between Bridge Street’s key stakeholders: board members, senior management, staff, funders, and others within the community and general nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Bridge Street, Kesha served as Executive Director of the Crown Heights Service Center.
