Board Member since 2007; Mr. Harris is an insurance legal consultant and retired Associate General Counsel of Reliance Insurance Company. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association where he formerly served as Chair of the Insurance Law Committee and Secretary and member of the Association’s Board of Directors. He is a member of the  Metropolitan Black Bar Association, is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and licensed as an insurance broker. He was raised in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from the University of Maryland and New York Law School. He and his wife, Robin, have three sons.
