The need for quality, affordable housing has become a community, city, state and national crisis.
Both renters and homeowners are challenged by high housing costs and limited access opportunities. To date, Bridge Street has developed over 600 units of affordable rental housing and renovated 79 one-to-four family homes for below-market home ownership. Bridge Street Development is currently working on multiple affordable rental and cooperative homeownership development projects as well as on new initiatives for housing preservation and energy efficiency upgrades.
